Pedestrian Friendly Design
A central roadway with sidewalks on either side, running the length of the community will serve as a main pedestrian artery within Victory Green.
Many green spaces and a large park, combined with a scenic naturalized waterway will play a major role within the community's ecosystem as an essential tool in treating stormwater.
Extensive trees and shrubbery, green spaces, activity areas such as a public park, tennis court and skating rink situated throughout the community will further enhance the pedestrian experience and overall community atmosphere at Victory Green.
