Victory Green buildings provide 100% fresh air through either a central or individual heat recovery ventilator. We use low or no volatile organic compounds (VOC's) paints, sealants and adhesives and we avoid the use of ureaformaldehyde composite wood products in addition to low emitting carpets.
To allow ourselves to maintain a healthy environment, Victory Green will prefer non-toxic, biodegradable and naturally-sourced products whenever it is possible.
